HireLens App ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
• Resume & job data: resumes, job descriptions, and analyses you submit so we can generate ATS scores, rewrites, and recommendations.
• Usage data: features used, scan counts, and basic device/browser information.
• Billing data: processed securely by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

• Provide and improve resume analysis, AI rewrites, and other features.
• Process subscriptions and manage your account.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, support).
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted processors (such as cloud hosting, AI providers, and Stripe) that help us operate the service, under contractual privacy obligations.

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
