Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HireLens App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

HireLens App provides AI-powered resume analysis, rewrites, cover letters, interview prep, and related career tools. Output is generated by AI models and is provided for guidance only — you remain responsible for the content you submit and use.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Premium plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Don't submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Don't use the service to spam or impersonate others.

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service (e.g., generating analyses, rewrites, and exports for you).

AI-generated suggestions may contain errors. Review and verify all output before using it for applications, interviews, or other professional decisions. We do not guarantee any specific job outcome.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
